Chernyshevsky. 1983 - defended the thesis "Time and foresight: questions of methodology" for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. The degree of Doctor of Philosophy was conferred. 1984 - awarded the academic title of professor in the department "Philosophy" Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1985-2002 - headed the sociological center of the Saratov State Technical University. At present he is the scientific director of the sociological center. 1985-1991 - she headed the department of "Philosophy" of the Saratov State Technical University. 1991-1997 - was the head of the department, "Social Work" (now - "Sociology, Social Anthropology and Social Work"), Saratov State Technical University. 1988-1990 - supervised the programs "Public Opinion" and "Peoples of Russia" of the Saratov State Technical University. 1989 - was the organizer and scientific supervisor of the Saratov department of VCIOM. 1991 - appointed head of the sociological group of the Saratov branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. 1992 - created a branch of the department "Social Work" in the form of the Science Park of the Volga Interregional Training Center (PMTC) of the Federal Employment Service. 1992-1996 - was the chairman of the Saratov regional association of social workers. 1993-1995 - Acted as pro-rector for the scientific work of the Volga Interregional Center of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. 1995 - was a scientific advisor to the Volga Interregional Center of the Ministry of Health and Social Support of the Russian Federation. 1997 - elected to the position of professor of the department "Social anthropology and social work" of the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 1997-1999 - was a member of the Problem Council on Philosophy and the Expert Committee on Sociology at the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Since 1998 he is the head of the sociological group of the Saratov branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. 2000-2005 - Acted as an adviser to the governor of the Saratov region on the social sphere. 2001 - appointed the organizer of the scientific and pedagogical school on social problems, the head of the magistracy for social work in the SSTU. 2001-2005 - was an expert of the NFPK in sociology (the program "Improvement of socio-economic education"). 2002-2004 - worked part-time as a professor at the Institute of Business and Business Administration (now - Institute for Business Development and Strategies). Since 2002 , he works as part-time in the position of professor of the Volga Region Institute of Management named after P.A. Stolypin. 2005-2007 - held the position of professor of the SSI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (part-time). Since 2006 , he is an RFBR expert in social sciences. Since 2008 , he has been acting as an advisor to the rector of the SSTU. Since 2016 he has been working at the Department of Psychology and Applied Sociology. Supervises methodological seminar of postgraduate students and doctoral students in sociology of Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. Prepared for protection more than 40 graduate students and more than 10 doctoral students. Currently he supervises the preparation of 10 theses. He is fond of the culture of the East, foreign languages (English, German, French, Chinese), appreciates art, loves travel and dogs.
