Education and Career 1995 - Graduated from the Physical Faculty of Saratov State University named after NG Chernyshevsky with a degree in Radio Physics and Electronics, and was awarded the qualification "Radiophysicist". 1998 - awarded the degree of candidate of technical sciences. 2005 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
