1991-1996 - studied at the Faculty of History, Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1996-1998 - worked as a teacher of additional education at the school â„– 97. 1998-2003 - studied in graduate school at the chair "History of the Fatherland and Culture" of the Saratov State Technical University. 2003 - defended the thesis "Conducting military reform in 1874 in Russia (based on the materials of the Kazan military district (1864-1876)") for the degree of candidate of historical sciences, specialty 07.00.02 - History of Russia.
