Biography
1965 - graduated from the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky on the specialty "Radiophysics and Electronics." He began his career as an engineer of NIETIN (Research Institute "Volna"). 1966 - assistant of the Department of Electronics SPI. 1967-1970 - studied in graduate school. 1971 - defended his thesis. 1972 - approved in the academic rank of associate professor. 1974 - appointed dean of the evening-correspondence department of the energy-measuring faculty. 1982 - was deputy, first deputy pro-rector for scientific work. 1989 - appointed pro-rector for evening-correspondence education. 1990-1998 - Acting as pro-rector for academic work. 1993-2003 - was the head of the department "Electronic devices and devices". 1998-2001 - held the post of Director of the Department of General and Professional Education. 2003 - elected to the position of professor of the department "Electronic devices and devices". 2004 - defended his doctoral dissertation. 2009 - appointed head of the department "Electronic devices and devices".1965 - graduated from the Saratov State University named after N.G.
