Biography

1980 - graduated from the Philosophy Department of Rostov State University. From the same year he works as a lecturer at the Department of Philosophy of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. 1986 - defended his thesis "Sociological Law as a Factor Determining the Spheres of Public Life" for the degree of Candidate of Philosophy at the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. Since 1989 he is an associate professor of the department "Philosophy" of the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 1997-2005 - served as deputy director of the Institute of Social and Production Management for scientific work. 1999-2004 - Acting Dean of the Faculty of Management of Social Systems of the SSTU. He took part in a number of social, philosophical and sociological studies, supervised research projects "The problem of the formation of civilization," "Modeling and forecasting the development of modern society," etc. He was one of the leaders of the development of the strategic plan for the development of the Saratov region. He took part in organizing and conducting more than 150 scientific conferences. He was the head of the section "Philosophy of History" at the VII All-Russian Philosophical Congress (Ufa, October, 2015). Member of the editorial board of a number of scientific collections. Editor-in-chief of the scientific and educational journal "Civilization - Society - Man".
