He is a member of the Boards of Directors of a number of public companies in the energy sector, in the field of software production, and in the financial services sector. Philip has the qualification of an auditor of the highest category. While working in the field of corporate finance, he advised companies on work in the stock market, including mergers and acquisitions and the placement of securities. Over the past five years, he has held the position of non-executive director at Hurricane Exploration plc, Cadogan Petroleum plc, Dana Petroleum plc and Arden Partners plc.
