In 1992 he graduated from the Chelyabinsk State Technical University with a degree in electric drive and automation of industrial plants. In 2006 he completed training under the program ""Performance Management"" at the Stockholm School of Economics in Russia (St. Petersburg). He began his labor activity at OJSC MMK in 1993. He passed many stages of professional growth from an engineer to the head of the maintenance and repair center. In 2011 he was appointed as acting. Chief Engineer of OJSC MMK, then acting. Deputy General Director for Production. In November 2011 he was appointed Deputy General Director for Production.
