Biography
Dr. Bernstein was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and moved to Brooklyn when she was a year old. She grew up in Bay Ridge. Dr. Bernstein attended St. George's University and completed her clinical years at the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys spending time with her rescued pups Rosie and Tino.
