Alisa Ustinova

Biography

Upon joining Sibers in 2011, Alisa quickly acclimated to the Customer Care team and became its most essential part. She’s an extremely polite and bright girl with excellent English and well-honed communication skills. Even during her very first days of working at Sibers, she effortlessly become an advocate for the company’s clients, protecting their interests and eliminating any uneasiness stemming from doing business with "those strange Russian developers". Her experience and knowledge, together with her easy-going personality and strong work ethic, make her the ideal person to lead and inspire this important team.

Research Interest

Alisa has been teaching English to eager students since her own high school days, and enjoys organizing English classes at Sibers for our developers.
