Biography
Responsible for overseeing and mentoring the Sibers PHP developers based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, where one of Sibers’ development offices is located, Dmitry has an innate ability to make people smile. He joined the Bishkek office upon its founding in 2009, and is not only the team leader but a proficient PHP developer as well. He also finds time to share his vast knowledge with students at Bishkek’s various universities, where he teaches a Web Development course. Amazingly, he never seems to lose his patience.
