Biography
Alexey Kozlov is currently serving as a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In 2004 he was graduated with honors from the Moscow State Law University with a degree in Law. Ph.D. in Law. Since April 2015 he is holding position as a Member of the Management Board of PJSC SIBUR. Mr. Kozlov also held various positions in the Russian Ministry for Economic Development, including Deputy Head of State Property Management, was a Chief Counselor at the Department of Priority National Projects and an Assistant to Deputy Chairman in the Government of the Russian Federation, was a Head of the Department of Social Development of the Government of the Russian Federation.
