Biography
2004: Graduated with honors from the Moscow State Law University with a degree in Law. Ph.D. in Law. Since April 2015: Member of the Management Board of PJSC SIBUR Holding. Mr. Kozlov held various positions in the Russian Ministry for Economic Development, including Deputy Head of State Property Management, was a Chief Counselor at the Department of Priority National Projects and an Assistant to Deputy Chairman in the Government of the Russian Federation, was a Head of the Department of Social Development of the Government of the Russian Federation.
