Biography
Konstantin Belkin is a Managing Director. He has graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute with a degree in Chemical Technology of Oil Refining and Gas Processing. Since 2007 he held various positions at SIBUR, including Deputy Head of Production and Head of Operations of the Hydrocarbon Feedstock Division. In December 2011 he became Managing Director of the Company and in March 2016 he nominated as a Head of the Tobolsk Production Site.
