Biography
Oleg Makarov is the Member of the Management Board and Executive Director of SIBUR since 2016. Since February 2004 he held Various positions at SIBUR, including Head of Marketing Department, Head of Marketing and Sales Monitoring, Head of Operations at Synthetic Rubbers Division. He was Vice President for Planning, Logistics and Sales Support at SIBUR from December 2010 – 2012. In January 2012 he is Member of the Management Board of OOO SIBUR, the management company of PJSC SIBUR Holding.
