Biography
Sergey Lukichev is a Member of the Management Board in SIBUR, Russia. Graduated from the Perm Krasnoznamennoe High Command Military Academy specialising in Physics and Power Plants. Previously he served as Director of the Economic Security Department. From September 2011 he was appointed as a Managing Director of the company.
