Biography
Wenzhi Zou is a Management Board Member in Sibur. He graduated from Staffordshire University in the UK with an MBA degree in 2006. From 2008–2016 he performed in strategic planning for foreign processing assets as head of division at Sinopec Development Planning Department. He developed foreign processing project as head of division and Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs Department.
