Biography
2006: Graduated from Staffordshire University in the UK with an MBA degree. 1992–2003: Performed cost and financial and economic analyses at Sinopec Beijing Research Institute and Sinopec Engineering Incorporation. 2003–2008: Project manager at Sinopec Engineering Incorporation. 2008–2016: Performed strategic planning for foreign processing assets as head of division at Sinopec Development Planning Department. Developed foreign processing project as head of division and Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs Department.
