Biography
Alexander was born on 14 July 1967 in Moscow. In 1992, he graduated from the Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute with a degree in Experimental nuclear and plasma physics. In 1999, he received an MBA degree from Harvard University. From September 2012 till December 2015 - Executive Vice President of Investment Portfolio, Sistema JSFC. From December 2010 till September 2012 - Executive Vice President of the Telecom Assets Business Unit, Executive Vice President for development of telecom assets at the Core Assets Business Unit of Sistema JSFC. From September 2010 till December 2012 - Aid to the President, OJSC Sitronics. From October 2006 till October 2006 - Vice President for Strategy and Development, OJSC COMSTAR United TeleSystems. From July 2005 till October 2006 - Head of Corporate Development Department, Acting First Vice President, Head of Strategy and Development Function, Sistema JSFC.
