Biography
Mr Dubovskov has extensive experience in telecommunication companies: since 1993, he has held multiple managerial positions at Millicom International Cellular S.A., Millicom International Cellular B.V., LLC Regional Cellular Telecommunications, CJSC 800, and other companies in Moscow, Almaty, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Perm, and Kiev. He was CEO of Tele2 in Nizhny Novgorod in 2002-2004.
