Biography
Irina Makarenko graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2006 majoring in physics. In 2008, Irina obtained Candidate of Sciences degree in Physics of Nuclei and Elementary Particles from MSU. Later in 2012, she obtained the second Master’s degree in Chemistry, Composite Materials, again from MSU. Irina’s research interests are focused on process modeling of composites, thermal and kinetic analysis of polymers and composites. In 2010-2015, Irina worked as an assistant, a senior lecturer and then as an associate professor at the Faculty of Physics of MSU. Irina delivered a general (core) course of lectures and seminars “Introduction into Nuclear and Particle Physics” for 3d year students and a special course in material science for 4th year students. Irina was a scientific adviser of five MS students at the Faculty of Physics of MSU. Irina worked in Board of Examiners on the entrance exam at the Faculty of Physics of MSU, and in Board of Examiners on the State exam of Faculty graduates.
