Biography
KOL network development. Communicate scientific value of company products, through scientific interactions. Provides high quality Medical support to BU management and marketing by providing reviews and updates of medical information and relevant trainings. Translate KOLs insights regarding TA and/or company products to BU people. Acts as a reference point to internal customers for any scientific query. Planning, organization and participation in medical education activities. Collect valuable insights from KOLs and implement if necessary into Medical Affairs strategy. Proactive and reactive communication of medical scientific data to HCPs. Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials. Provide strategic guidance regarding planned MAs/MSLs activities. Receive MAs/MSLs feed-backs about their in-fields activities, consolidate data received, analysing for future strategic planning. Evaluate and respond to metrics and performance information and follow up as appropriate. Reporting to MD. Subordinates: 3 MSLs and 1 MA
