Mikhail Rybnikov

Biography

Mr. Mikhail Konstantinovich Rybnikov has served as Member of the Management Board of PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since January 24, 2013. Additionally, he occupies the post of the Company's Managing Director. Since June 3, 2016 he has acted as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is also Member of the Risk Management and Strategy Committees. Apart from his current duties at the Company he serves as General Director (CEO) and Chairman of the Management Board of FosAgro-Cherepovets AO, as well as Member of the Board of Directors at FosAgro-Region OOO. In his professional career he also acted as General Director (CEO) at FosAgro AG ZAO; Managing Director at FosAgro AG ZAO. He has been employed by FosAgro AG ZAO since 2006. He has served for Apatit OAO, FosAgro-Cherepovets OAO and Moskovskaya Fondovaya Birzha OAO. Between 2004 and 2006, he was Director of Economics and Finance at Apatit OAO. Prior to this, from 2001 until 2004, he held the post of Finance Director at Ammofos OAO. Mr. Rybnikov gained a Masters degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
