Carl Ferdinand Oetker

Biography

Mr. Carl Ferdinand Oetker serves as Managing Partner of Holding/Managing Director of WINK Verwaltungsgesellschaft, Bielefeld. Mr. Oetker became a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group as well as holding Vice-President positions at various investment firms and at the ING BHF-Bank. In 2004, Mr. Oetker began working at Bankhaus Lampe taking up a position as a General Manager until recently. Along with his role as Managing Director, he holds seats on Supervisory and Advisory Boards at a raft of industrial and financial companies. Mr. Oetker served a Member of Supervisory Board at Koenig & Bauer AG since May 21, 2015. He heads the Advisory Boards at wink Stanzwerkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG, in which he also holds substantial investments. He has been the Chairman of Supervisory Board at Stada-Arzneimittel AG since August 27, 2016 and served as its Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board Until August 27, 2016. Mr. Oetkar heads the Advisory Boards at EWABO Chemikalien GmbH & Co. KG. His professional career also includes stops at AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH and Schroder Fonds Service GmbH. Mr. Oetker studied Economics and International Relations at Brown University in Providence.
