Market/Cultural International experience in most attractive Global emerging markets (Russia & CIS) More than 20 years of pharmaceutical expertise (Human and Animal health ) in General Management of high performing teams. Strengths in Building efficient teams, strategic thinking, coaching for performance, people development & managing changes as well as in new business models & organizational efficiencies. P&L management ,and ability to lead in complexity of matrix & cross functional work. My expertise is composed (and not limited) with management of multi-functional (full range of Company functions) matrix organization having operations in Russia and the CIS (part of a global Corporate). Full P&L and legal responsibility for the activities entrusted to the organization in the segments of B2B, B2C, Ð’2G: • Successful consolidation of organizational structures at the level of Russia and CIS countries after the global M&A with increase in operating profit and market share. Successful selection and launch of the new Company after spin-off from Global Corporations with all necessary administrative structures, maintaining profitability, market share and operating inputs (Russia and CIS). • Definition and launch of new businesses and new products, taking into account the value of the product and/or services for consumers in B2B industries (leasing, service and trading service long-term contracts), B2C (online trading and service, Internet access control product quality and services), Ð’2G (deliveries and services of public research institutions).  • Creation of new and development of distributor/dealer network in Russia and CIS countries with regard to the requirements of the local legislation and corporate business ethics.
