Biography
Member of the Executive Board, Director for Strategic Communications, Official Representative Born in 1969 in Moscow. Since 2004 – Director for Strategic Communications of Renova Group. 2002-2004 – Vice-President of MDM Group. 2000-2002 – Vice-President of Oil and Gas Company Slavneft. 1998 – 2000 – Senior Technical Advisor and Head of the Speechwriting Group at the Presidential Administration. 1997-1998 – head of RTR (Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company) Western Europe office in Brussels. 1989-1997 – worked for Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union (TASS), later – Information Telegraph Agency of Russia (ITAR-TASS). Mr. Shtorkh is a Class 1 Actual State Counselor of the Russian Federation. Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Centre de Formation des Journalistes in Paris, France.
