Biography

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Director GR and International Relations Born in 1960 in the Saratov Region. Since 2005 - Director GR and International Relations of Renova Group. 2000-2005 - Chief Federal Inspector for the Saratov Oblast’ of the President’s Plenipotentiary in Privolzhie Federal District. In 1999-2000 he was Deputy Chairman of the regional government of the Saratov Oblast’. Prior to that, after starting as an engineer of the Estimates & Contracts Section of the Saratov Municipal Executive Committee in 1982, he travelled all the way up to the Minister of Commerce of the Saratov Oblast’ (1997). Actual State Counselor of the Russian Federation (3rd grade). Awardee of the Order “For Merits to the Fatherland” 4th class (2015), Medal of Honour (2011) and medal of the Order “For Merits to the Fatherland” 2nd class (1998), holder of the Russian Federation President’s Gratitude (2010) and the Certificate of Honor from the Russian Federation State Duma (2010); holder of the title of ‘Honored Constructor of Russia’ (1999), two times awardee of signature shotguns, holder of numerous medals from various ministries and authorities. Member of the Russian Federation President’s Management Pool. Member of the Supervisory Board of the Speed-skating Federation of Russia, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Federation. Graduated from the Saratov Institute of Economics and Saratov State University of Social and Economic Sciences. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor.
