In 1977 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry named after academician I.M. Gubkin. Since 2000 - First Deputy General Director for Production, Chief Engineer of PJSC Tatneft. Doctor of Technical Sciences.
