Biography
KHALIMOV RUSTAM HAMISOVICH is an Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director for Development and Production of Oil and Gas He was born in 1965. In 1987 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry. Gubkin on the specialty "Technology and complex mechanization of development of oil and gas fields". Later he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Tyumen State Oil and Gas University.
