MINNIKHANOV RUSTAM NURGALIEVICH is an Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft - President of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was born in 1957. He graduated in 1978 from the Kazan Agricultural Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering, in 1986, a correspondence institute of Soviet trade. From 1996 to 1998 he worked as the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since July 1998 - Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
