Biography
SABIROV RINAT KASIMOVICH is an Member of the Board of Directors, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan He was born in 1967. In 1991 he graduated from the Physical Faculty of Kazan State University, in 1994 - postgraduate study at the Kazan State Technological University. In 1998, he was trained in the Presidential Program for Management Training. From 2006 to June 2010 - head of the department for oil and gas chemical complex of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. In June 2010, he was appointed Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. PhD in Chemistry.
