Biography
Mr. Aleksandr Seleznev has held the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since October 5, 2017. Between 2004 and October 5, 2017 he acted as the Company's Member of the Board of Directors. On June 11, 2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Company's Risk Management Committee. Until June 11, 2015, he was Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration and Human Resources Committee. e was Member of the Company’s Audit Committee between June 10, 2013 and June 11, 2015. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Venture Innovation Fund and a board member at several other Russian companies. Mr. Rodionov is a Professor at the Higher School of Economics and the Russian State Humanitarian University. He served as managing director of AIG-Interros RSF Adviser LTD (2004 - 2006) as well as managing director/director of the AIG Brunswick Millennium Fund at AIG Brunswick Capital Management (1997 - 2006). Between 2009 and 2010, he was Member of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO. Mr. Rodionov holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
