Biography
Mr. Andrey Andreevich Gurev has served as General Director (CEO) - Chairman of the Management Board at PhosAgro OAO since 2013. Additionally, he occupies the post of Member of the Company's Board of Directors. In June 10, 2013, he was appointed as Member of the Company’s Labor Protection, Industrial Safety and Environment Committee. He is Chairman of the Company’s Strategy Committee and Member of the Company's Risk Management Committee. From April 2011 until 2013, he served as Deputy General Director at the Company. In June 10, 2013, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Company. From October 2011, to June 2013 he acted as Deputy General Director of Sales and Logistics at FosAgro AG ZAO. He has been employed by the Company since 2004. Since 2016 he has been President of RAPU NO. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of Greenwich. Moreover, Mr. Gurev graduated from Academy of National Economy under the RF Government. He holds a Candidate's of Economic Sciences degree.
