Biography
Lisa joined the company in March 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for leading our global Human Resources strategy and operations. She joined Thermo Fisher after six years with Nexeo Solutions, a Texas-based global leader in the distribution of plastics and chemicals, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Nexeo, Lisa worked for Covidien, a $10 billion global leader in healthcare products. During her 13-year tenure, she served in a number of HR senior leadership roles, most recently as Vice President, Global Human Resources. Lisa received her bachelor of arts degree from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina.
