Biography
Aleksey Nikolaevich Sapsay In June 2012 he was appointed the Vice-President of Transneft. During the period from 2010 to June 2012 he hold the position of the Deputy Vice-President of Transneft. From 2008 to 2009 –the General Director of TSUP ESPO, LLC. He worked in entities of the Transneft system as an engineer, a chief engineer, a chief of a number of district oil pipeline departments, a deputy general director for operations of Sibnefteprovod, JSC. He was awarded: the Order of Friendship and the Order of Honor. He was given the title of Honorary Oiler. In 2001 he graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University with a specialization in Design, Construction and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines. Year of birth: 1972.
