Biography
In 2010 he was appointed the Vice President of Transneft. In the period from 2009 to 2010 worked as the General Director of Aviakompania, JSC. In 2006 till 2009 he was the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation. From 2001 to 2005 Boris Mikhailovich was the Deputy Minister for Tax and Revenue of the Russian Federation. He was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland of the II degree. Boris Mikhailovich was given the title of the Laureate of State Award of the Russian Federation in Science and Technology. In 1981 he graduated from the Military Institute of Foreign Languages with a specialization in Legal Science. Year of birth: 1955.
