Biography
In 2016, she was appointed Vice President of Transneft. From 2006 to 2016, Ms Kalanda was Vice President of Rosneft (from 2012, Official Secretary and Vice President; from 2015, also served as Head of Rosneft Executive Office). From 2007 to 2016, was Provisional Director General of RNG Joint Stock Company. From 2003 to 2006, worked as Vice President for Legal Support of Business at TNK-BP Management. Still earlier, she filled executive positions in other business entities. Honoured Lawyer of Russia, decorated with the Order of Honour, and Russian President’s Diploma of Honour. In 1985, Ms Kalanda graduated from the Sverdlovsk R.A. Rudenko Law Institute, majoring in Legal Studies. In 1994, completed the post-graduated course at the Institute of Philosophy and Law under the Belorussian Academy of Sciences, majoring in Public Administration and Law. Year of birth: 1964.
