Biography
In 2008 he was appointed the Vice-President of Transneft. In the period from 2006 to 2008 he was the chief engineer of Verkhnevolzhsknefteprovod, JSC. He worked in engineering and management positions of entities of the Transneft system. He was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland of the II degree, the Order of Honor. In 1996 – graduated from the Chelyabinsk State Agro-Engineering University with a specialization in Agricultural Mechanization. In 2000 he graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University with a specialization in Design, Construction and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines. Year of birth: 1974.
