Biography
Born in 1934. He graduated from the Kazan State University in 1957, specializing in geology and exploration of oil and gas fields. He was appointed Adviser to President of the Republic of Tatarstan on development of crude oil and gas fields in June 2007. Professor of the Crude Oil and Gas Geology Department of Kazan State University. Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences.
