Biography
"Alexandra joined OCT in 2013 as a legal adviser. She is responsible for the preparation and negotiation of contracts with customers, contractors and subcontractors, as well as the arrangement of legal support for OCT’s operations in the countries of the company’s presence. Alexandra is the primary contact for foreign customers of OCT’s services at the stage of contract terms negotiation. During the negotiation of contracts and provision of related services, Alexandra advises customers on various features of the Russian legislation on clinical trials, taxation, as well as on other related legal issues. Alexandra started her career in a Saint Petersburg bank. During her time there, she was promoted to a chief specialist of her department due to her profound knowledge and skills. Alexandra graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics (also known as UNECON) majoring in both “Business Management” and “Law”."
