Biography
Anton Bazulev was appointed Director for International Projects in January 2017. He is responsible for development of strategic relations with key international stakeholders of RUSAL, including governments, NGO’s and industry associations, as well as for trade policy and international market access issues. In this role, Mr. Bazulev works closely with RUSAL’s businesses and divisions in countries where RUSAL maintains presence and in its major markets. Professional Experience: 2013-2016 Director of External Relations, United Metallurgical Company (OMK). He was responsible for promoting the company’s corporate profile and goals with federal and regional governments, industry associations and the general public. 2004-2013 Director for Corporate Communications of NLMK, the largest Russian steel company. Mr. Bazulev was responsible for developing the company’s corporate identity and supporting its growing business both in Russia and internationally. He directly managed the company’s government relations, investor relations, and PR functions.
