Biography
Roman Khaev is a Director for Sales Strategy of UC RUSAL, in April 2007 he was appointed the CEO of RTI Limited, the principal trading company of UC RUSAL. He is responsible for development of sales strategies of the company, determination of geographic and segment targets for sales development, pricing policy, as well as for raw materials sourcing for the smelters of UC RUSAL. From 2001 to 2007 he held key positions in foreign trade companies of RUSAL structure, was responsible for the global sale strategy in worldwide markets, including new market development and increase of sales to key growth segments. Roman Khaev graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, from the Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics. Later he received education in efficient management of business assets.
