Biography

Education Ca 'Foscari University, Faculty of Business Administration, Venice, Italy Professional activity Carlo Vivaldi began his career in 1991 as an employee in Cassamarca, one of four banks that joined UniCredit in 1998. In 2000 K. Vivaldi moved to a new division of "New Europe", where he was responsible for planning and control, contributing to the expansion of the field of activity of UniCredit in the region. In 2002, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of KFS and Yapi Kredi, Turkey. In addition, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of various subsidiaries of the Group until September 2007. In October 2007 K.Vivaldi was appointed a member of the Board and the Chief Financial Officer of UniCredit Bank Austria AG (responsible for UniCredit for Austria and Central and Eastern Europe) and also joined other supervisory boards of the subsidiaries of the UniCredit Group located in Central and Eastern Europe. In May 2009, Carlo Vivaldi was appointed a member of the board of directors of Yapi Kredi; in January 2011 - Representative of UniCredit in Turkey as Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Yapı Kredi. He also served as Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Koç Financial Services and as Deputy Chairman of the Board in all subsidiaries of Yapi Kredi. He is also a member of the board of Allianz Pension Fund and an investment company specializing in real estate, Yapı Kredi Koray. Since February 2015 K.Vivaldi has held the position of Head of banking business of UniCredit in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of UniCredit Bank Austria. He is a member of the Executive Management Committee of UniCredit.
