 Born on February 23, 1969 in Murmansk. 1994 – Degree in Sociology, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov 1997 – Ph.D. in Economics, Moscow State University 2002 – Grand Doctorate studies at the Moscow Institute of Aviation 2006 – Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation, Jurisprudence Program. 1998 – Appointed Deputy General Director of OJSC "Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant"  2000 – Appointed Commercial Director, OJSC Moscow Helicopter Plant named after M.L. Mil 2001 – appointed Deputy Chairman of FSUE Gosincor State Investment Corporation  2003 – appointed General Director of OJSC "UIC "Oboronprom"  2007 – appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation  2008 – appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation  2012 – appointed Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation  2012 – appointed Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation 2015 – elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, PJSC UAC
