Biography
Alexey Vladimirovich has been appointed Deputy General Director since April 2017. From 1986 to June 2016, he was the state military and law enforcement service in various federal executive bodies in leading positions on financial and logistic support issues. From June 2016 to April 2017 he worked as an adviser to the General Director of JSC "Concern of Aerospace Defense" Almaz-Antey ". In 1986 he graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Military-Financial School with a degree in Finance and Economics. In 2005, he completed his studies at the State University "Higher School of Economics" and received a diploma in law. He has state awards: the Order of Friendship, the medal "For Difference in the Protection of Public Order" and the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation
