Biography
Igor Anatolyevich has been appointed executive director of security since May 2017, before that he held various senior positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the structural subdivisions of the ministry. He graduated from the Belgorod State Agricultural Academy majoring in economics and management in the agro-industrial complex, Belgorod high school of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia - jurisprudence, the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, is a candidate of legal sciences. He was awarded with state awards: the medal "For Courage", the medal "For Difference in the Protection of Public Order", the Medal of the Order "For Services to the Fatherland" 2 degrees.
