Biography
Appointed as Deputy General Director in May 2017, before that, he held the post of Head of the Department of the Department of Affairs of JSC Russian Railways. He began his labor activity in 1977 as a compressor driver at the Directorate for the Operation of Refrigeration Machines and Compressor Units in the city of Tashkent. From 1980 to 1995 he was elected by the Komsomol and party work. Then he held executive positions in executive authorities in the city of Tashkent - deputy head of the administration of the Chilanzar district, and since 2001 in Sochi - deputy head of the city - head of the city administration apparatus, since 2003 - first deputy head of the city of Sochi. Since April 2005 - Advisor to the Secretary of the Presidium of the General Council of the Secretariat of the Central Executive Committee of the All-Russian Political Party "United Russia".
