Biography
Head of Corporate Management - Secretary of the Board of Directors Marina Igorevna has been working at OZK since 2013 on senior management positions in corporate governance of OZK and its subsidiaries. He has considerable experience in the field of corporate governance, which allows efficient and high-quality implementation of the functions of the Secretary of the Board of Directors of JSC OZK and the Committees under the Board of Directors. Prior to joining OZK, she worked for more than 10 years in a large agro-holding company in various positions from specialist to head of corporate direction.
