Biography
Director of Legal Affairs Appointed Director of Legal Affairs in June 2016. Prior to joining OC "OZK" in 2011-2016, she worked as Deputy Director for Legal and Corporate Issues in LLC "Group of Companies" Rusagro ". Previously, she headed the legal unit of the investment company "AiSi Management". Earlier, for 12 years, the Ministry of Transport of Russia, JSC "RZhD", JSC "AFK Sistema" worked in various positions, where her duties included legal and corporate support. Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples.
