Biography
Vladimir Zinovievich was appointed to the post of executive director for international activities of JSC "OZK" from April 2017. Before joining OZK, he replaced the position of head of the International Legal Department of the Federal Service for Drug Control of the Russian Federation. He graduated from the Leningrad State University and the North-West Academy of Public Administration. Has a scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. State awards: the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree, the Order of Honor, the Order of Friendship, the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation.
