Biography
The plant was founded in 1858 and since its foundation specializes in ship repairing. The convenient geographical location, 4 dry docks allow comprehensive repairing of ships, sea and river vessels of all types, classes and purposes with displacement of up to 40 000 tons.
Research Interest
Drydocking and repairing of underwater part of the hull with cleaning and painting, repairing of sea valves and connections, stern tubes, paddles, steering gears, lifting devices. Service maintenance and repairing of diesel motors and gas turbine engines. Repairing of steam and heating boilers, electrotechnical works, metal working and painting.
